Italeri 1460 AMX Ghibli 1/72 – Plastic Model of Attack Aircraft

Italeri 1460 AMX Ghibli in 1/72 scale is a high-quality plastic model kit representing the modern AMX A-11 "Ghibli" attack aircraft. This airplane, created as a result of cooperation between the Italian consortium Aero Macchi and Brazilian Embraer, served mainly with the air forces of Italy and Brazil. The project originated in the 1980s to replace the obsolete Fiat G-91Y and MB-326 aircraft. The Italian Air Force and the Força Aérea Brasileira have operated the AMX Ghibli intensively from the late 1980s to modern times, including during conflicts in Kosovo, Afghanistan, Libya, and on reconnaissance missions.

The Italeri model features a faithful reproduction of the original's details; the fuselage and wings have realistic panel lines, and the cockpit is recreated with great attention to detail. The kit includes plastic parts (PS – high-quality polystyrene), decals allowing you to recreate Italian and Brazilian aircraft paint schemes, as well as assembly instructions. The set also includes armament (e.g., the characteristic M61 Vulcan cannon and pylons for offensive weapon loads). The kit does not include glue or paints – these must be purchased separately.
