The Sd.Kfz. 166 “Brummbär” is a German heavy assault gun developed on the chassis of the Pz.Kpfw. IV tank. Equipped with a powerful 15 cm StuH 43 gun, the vehicle was designed to support infantry in urban combat and to break through heavily fortified enemy positions. The Brummbär was distinguished by its massive, angular superstructure, protecting both the crew and the main gun.
