HMS Warspite – ship history

HMS Warspite was a British Queen Elizabeth-class battleship commissioned into the Royal Navy in 1915. She served during World War I, taking part in, among others, the Battle of Jutland. After the war, the ship underwent numerous modernizations, which by World War II made her one of the most advanced and effective ships of her class.
