Eduard 49887 He 111H-3 radio compartment ICM 1/48

Eduard 49887 He 111H-3 radio compartment ICM 1/48 is a high-quality detail set dedicated to plastic model kits of the German bomber Heinkel He 111H-3 in 1:48 scale, designed for ICM kits. This product is aimed at demanding modelers who want to significantly enhance the level of detail and authenticity of their model’s interior, particularly the radio compartment of this legendary aircraft.

The Heinkel He 111H-3 was one of the most recognizable Luftwaffe bombers during World War II. Widely used by Germany from 1939 to 1945, it played a key role in numerous air operations, including the Battle of Britain and bombing raids over the United Kingdom and the Soviet Union. The H-3 variant featured additional armament and armor, adapted for combat conditions in the early stages of the war.

The Eduard 49887 set is manufactured using photo-etching technology from thin brass sheets, ensuring the highest level of detail and precision. Here you will find realistically reproduced radio panels, switches, radio operator’s console, equipment components, and seat belts, all of which greatly enhance the realism compared to the original parts from the plastic kit. Eduard also includes small details such as wiring and nameplates—each of which can be painted according to historical reference, allowing for an ideal presentation of the interior through the clear cabin parts.
