PZL-37 Łoś is a legendary Polish medium bomber, considered one of the most advanced bomber aircraft in Europe at the end of the 1930s. The construction was designed at Państwowe Zakłady Lotnicze (State Aviation Works) and entered into service with Polish bomber squadrons in the late 1930s. During the September 1939 campaign, the PZL-37 Łoś bombers became renowned for their effective air raids on German columns, and their crews displayed exceptional courage in the face of overwhelming enemy forces. After the campaign, some aircraft were used by the Romanian Air Force during operations on the Eastern Front in 1941.
