Eduard EX705 Mi-24 ZVEZDA 1/48 – Masking Set for Painting

The Eduard EX705 masking set, dedicated to the Zvezda Mi-24 helicopter model in 1:48 scale, is a professional modeling accessory designed for precise masking of components during painting. Eduard, a renowned Czech manufacturer of modeling accessories, guarantees top quality craftsmanship of its products, and the masks are designed to facilitate the work of both advanced modelers and intermediate enthusiasts of the plastic modeling hobby.

Set dedicated to the Mi-24 model – this is a versatile Soviet/Russian heavy attack helicopter, also known under the NATO codename “Hind.” The aircraft was designed in the 1970s and has been used worldwide in numerous conflicts, including the Afghan War (1979–1989), various Cold War missions, as well as by many modern armies. Because of its bulk and the characteristic shape of its glazed cockpit, reproducing the helicopter’s cockpit requires very careful masking of the windows and other details during painting.

Technical specifications:

• Dedicated to 1:48 scale, Zvezda Mi-24 helicopter model
• High-quality, precisely pre-cut masks made from thin vinyl
• Set includes masks for cockpit glazing and other transparent elements
• Manufacturer: Eduard – renowned leader in the model accessories market

Why choose Eduard EX705?
Eduard’s mask set significantly facilitates and speeds up the painting process – preventing paint seepage under the mask, ensuring sharp, clean lines, and saving the time normally required to manually cut masking tape. We recommend this product to both intermediate and experienced modelers, especially for those who care about every detail in the finish of their models in the military aviation category.

Difficulty level: 1/5 – this product is intended to be easy to use, even for beginner modelers with little experience using auxiliary accessories of this kind.

If you are building a 1:48 scale Zvezda Mi-24 model and want an excellent finish on the glazing and other details without unnecessary stress – the Eduard EX705 mask set is an accessory that you should not miss in your workshop.
