Hobby 2000 72038 General-Dynamics F-111F Operation "Desert Storm" 1/72

Hobby 2000 72038 General-Dynamics F-111F Operation "Desert Storm" is a high-quality plastic jet aircraft model kit in 1/72 scale. This set replicates the American F-111F fighter-bomber, the advanced version of this versatile aircraft, which played a key role during Operation "Desert Storm" in 1991. The F-111F aircraft were used by the United States Air Force (USAF) as well as the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). The F-111 is a variable-geometry wing aircraft designed for long-range missions, ground attacks, and electronic warfare.

The Hobby 2000 model features meticulously reproduced details characteristic of real F-111F machines, which were intensively used in combat operations during the modern era, especially in conflicts such as the First Gulf War (1991). These aircraft carried out numerous precision strikes on Iraq's strategic and tactical targets, utilizing advanced LANTIRN targeting systems and laser-guided weaponry.
