Scala
1/700

Historical Background of the Nagato

The Nagato battleship was the flagship of the Imperial Japanese Navy. It entered service in 1920 during the interwar period, and its participation in key Pacific operations during World War II secured its place in history. Nagato was Admiral Yamamoto’s flagship at the Battle of Midway and one of the few battleships to survive the war until 1945, after which it was used as a target during atomic tests at Bikini Atoll.
