Quinta Studio QT48103 Vickers K Machine Gun, 2 pcs (all kits) 1/48

The Quinta Studio QT48103 Vickers K Machine gun set is a precise kit containing two machine guns in 1/48 scale, designed for demanding aircraft modelers seeking to enhance the finish of their miniatures. The Vickers K machine gun, also known as the Vickers Gas Operated (VGO), was widely used by the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy during World War II.

This type of armament was mounted on aircraft such as the Fairey Swordfish, Bristol Blenheim, and Vickers Wellington, particularly in open-turret and side gunner positions. The Vickers K gun gained recognition due to its exceptional rate of fire and reliability, making it an outstanding means of defense in the aerial combat conditions of 1939-1945 as well as during airborne operations or ground support missions in campaigns such as the Battle of Britain or operations in North Africa.
