Revell 64619 Tornado GR. Mk. 1 RAF 1/72

Revell 64619 Tornado GR. Mk. 1 RAF 1/72 – plastic model kit with accessory set

The plastic model airplane Revell 64619 Tornado GR. Mk. 1 RAF in 1:72 scale is a high-quality miniature of the British multirole fighter-bomber Tornado GR.1. The Tornado aircraft, the result of cooperation between the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, has been one of the pillars of NATO air forces since the late 1970s. The GR. Mk.1 variant was heavily used by the Royal Air Force both during the Cold War and in armed conflicts, including Operation Desert Storm during the First Gulf War (1991). A distinctive design feature is the variable-sweep wing geometry, which made the Tornado excellent for both interception missions and low-level ground attacks.

The presented model kit Revell 64619 is a complete package that includes:

• Plastic model kit in 1:72 scale
• 4 basic acrylic paints selected according to the RAF color scheme
• Precision paintbrush
• Model glue

The model replicates the cockpit interior, landing gear, and armament details with high accuracy. The parts are made from high-quality plastic, ensuring ease of processing, durability, and excellent fit. This set fits perfectly in the category of plastic model kits, offering both collectible and educational value – you can explore not only the specifics of 1980s aviation technology, but also the history of famous RAF operations.

We recommend this kit for both beginners and intermediate modelers. Thanks to the included accessories, building the model does not require additional tools, and we rate the difficulty level as 2 on a scale of 1-5. It's a great start for military aviation enthusiasts and anyone who wants to try their hand at model building.
