Eduard EX1048 SMB-2 Super Mystere TFace SPECIAL HOBBY 1/48 - painting masks

Eduard EX1048 SMB-2 Super Mystere TFace SPECIAL HOBBY 1/48 is a precision set of painting masks dedicated to modelers building the plastic model of the SMB-2 Super Mystere aircraft in the popular 1/48 scale from Special Hobby. This product enables exceptionally accurate and professional recreation of parts requiring precise painting, such as the cockpit canopy glazing and landing gear wheels.

The Eduard EX1048 painting masks are made from the highest quality, flexible vinyl film that adheres perfectly to the surface of the plastic model. The set includes both external and internal TFace type masks – thanks to this, the modeler achieves realistic color separation not only on the exterior but also inside transparent parts, which significantly increases the realism of the finish.

The SMB-2 Super Mystere was a French fighter-bomber aircraft from the Cold War period. It debuted in the second half of the 1950s and was used by France and Israel, among others during Middle Eastern conflicts such as the Six-Day War in 1967. As the first European supersonic fighter jet, it became one of the icons of aviation history from that era.
