RB Model 350L15 is a high-quality set of eight metal 41 cm/45 (16.1") gun barrels intended for scale models of Japanese battleships and battlecruisers from the interwar period and World War II, in 1/350 scale. This product is dedicated to model kits of the famous ship classes: Nagato, Kaga, Amagi and Kii.

• Scale: 1/350 – perfectly suited for plastic kits from the most popular modeling brands.
• Country of use: Japan – Imperial Japanese Navy.
• Historical period: The set represents barrels used from the interwar period (1920s) until the end of World War II (1945).
• Historical application: The 41 cm/45 guns were mounted on the legendary Nagato-class battleships (Nagato, Mutsu), planned Amagi and Kii-class battlecruisers, and the aircraft carrier Kaga (before reconstruction). Nagato took part in, among others, the attack on Pearl Harbor and the Battle of Leyte Gulf.
• Material: Barrels are precisely turned from high-quality metal (brass), ensuring outstanding detail and durability. Thanks to the use of CNC machines, the details faithfully reproduce the original down to the smallest features.
• Number of pieces in the set: 8 barrels providing a complete replacement of the main artillery for a single model, e.g., battleship Nagato.
• Product category: Metal modeling accessories – replacement set, dedicated as an upgrade for plastic assembly kits.
• Accessories: The product does not include photo-etched or resin parts, but the precision barrels significantly enhance the realism of the replica to the highest collector’s standard.

Rating and recommendation: We particularly recommend this set to intermediate and advanced naval modelers who expect the highest quality details and the ability to replicate the original without compromise. It will be appreciated by all enthusiasts of naval miniatures and fans of Japanese naval history.

Assembly difficulty level: 2/5. Replacing the plastic barrels with metal ones requires basic modeling skills and precision, but is not only for experts.
