Aber 16L-17 Set of 2 barrels for guns MG13 (long) used in German light tank Pz.Kpfw. I, Ausf.A early to 1938 1/16

Aber 16L-17 – Set of 2 barrels for MG13 for Pz.Kpfw. I Ausf.A (1/16)

Aber 16L-17 is a high-quality set of two precision barrels for the German MG13 machine gun used in the light tank Pz.Kpfw. I, Ausf.A (early, up to 1938). This product is aimed at modelers building large scale 1/16 replicas who wish to depict German armored vehicles from the pre-World War II era with the highest possible level of detail.

• Scale: 1/16
• Country of use: Germany
• Historical period: 1930s, pre-World War II era (specifically: before 1938)
• Application: Light tank Panzerkampfwagen I Ausf.A – early versions equipped with MG13 machine guns (Long Barrel). MG13 was the standard armament of these vehicles during Wehrmacht training and in the Spanish campaign as well as at the beginning of World War II.
• Material: precisely turned metal (brass)
• Set components: 2 MG13 barrels (long variant), faithfully reproduced cooling ribs and muzzle perforations, ultra-thin tips. The design also includes details impossible to achieve in plastic at this scale.
• Category: Finishing elements for armor models, turned metal barrels
• Compatibility: Intended for Panzer I Ausf.A models in the early version (up to 1938) in 1/16 scale. Fits the most popular kits from Takom, Trumpeter, or Heng Long in this scale.

The Aber 16L-17 set provides a much higher level of realism than plastic barrels supplied with model kits. Metal barrels are extremely durable, do not deform, and small details (such as perforations or grooves) are clearer and more realistic than in plastic.

This set is especially recommended for intermediate and advanced modelers building dioramas or who value the highest level of finish on pre-war period armored vehicle models. Realistic metal barrels significantly enhance the visual appeal of any model.

• Assembly difficulty: 2/5 (minor difficulty, requires precise installation and possible adjustment of slots in plastic models)
• Recommendation: For collectors and modelers wishing to recreate historical nuances and ensure the longevity and detail of their model.

If your Pz.Kpfw. I Ausf.A model is to present the highest level of accuracy, Aber 16L-17 will be the ideal choice, valued for its perfection of workmanship and faithfulness to the original – both in terms of dimensions and materials.
