Voyager Model PE351202 WWII Russian KV-2 Basic (B ver include Gun Barrel) (For TAMIYA 35375) 1/35 – Upgrade set for KV-2 model

Voyager Model PE351202 WWII Russian KV-2 Basic (B ver include Gun Barrel) is an extremely precise aftermarket upgrade set dedicated to modelers wanting to elevate their Soviet KV-2 heavy tank model to a higher level of realism. It is specifically designed for the TAMIYA 35375 kit in the popular 1/35 scale.

KV-2 is one of the most recognizable Soviet heavy tanks of World War II (1939–1945). Designed to break through fortifications, it was primarily used in the early stages of the conflict, including the campaign against Finland and during the German invasion of the USSR in 1941 (Operation Barbarossa). Its distinctive, massive turret, armed with a powerful 152 mm gun, made the KV-2 a formidable opponent for German tanks of the era.

What makes the Voyager Model PE351202 set stand out? Above all, it is a high-quality photo-etched (PE) set complemented by a turned metal gun barrel – an element that significantly increases the realism of the finished model and allows for more accurate reproduction of details that cannot be achieved with plastic parts. The B version of the set includes a complete metal barrel and finely detailed photo-etched parts – such as meshes, handles, brackets, tools, and hull and turret components, allowing you to improve surface structure and add realistic details in areas that are simplified in the base kit.

The set is made from:

• Photo-etched brass sheets – perfect for producing thin, realistic parts
• Turned metal barrel, enabling faithful reproduction of armament

Product category: Upgrade set (photo-etched brass + metal barrel) for an assembly plastic model kit. This product is not a standalone model – it requires the base TAMIYA 35375 kit in 1/35 scale.

We recommend this product for intermediate and advanced modelers looking to bring their KV-2 model to the next level. The assembly difficulty is rated at 4/5 – prior experience with photo-etch parts and precision gluing of small details is advisable.

If you value maximum realism and wish to recreate the historic vehicle as faithfully as possible, Voyager Model PE351202 will be an excellent choice!
