Eduard 36503 Scammel Commander w/ 62t semitrailer HOBBY BOSS 1/35 – photo-etched set for model

Eduard 36503 is a high-quality photo-etched set dedicated to the Scammel Commander with 62-ton semitrailer plastic model by Hobby Boss in 1/35 scale. This accessory significantly enhances the level of detail and authenticity of the heavy military vehicle used by the British Army during the Cold War period and in modern times, particularly between 1983 and 2002.

The Scammell Commander formed the backbone of British transport columns responsible for carrying the heaviest military equipment, such as Challenger 1 and Challenger 2 tanks. Thanks to its unmatched durability and power, it was used during global NATO operations, including the First Gulf War (1990–1991). The semitrailer was capable of carrying loads up to 62 tons, making this set an invaluable logistical tool.

Material and set contents: The Eduard 36503 set is made from precisely cut photo-etched metal sheets. It allows you to add fine detail upgrades to the model, enriching it with realistic details: cabin interior elements, ventilation grilles, mounts, straps, and other surface details. These additions are considerably thinner and more accurate to the original than plastic parts, which positively affects the final, professional appearance of the completed model.
