Montex SM32200 YAK-9T for ICM 1/32

Montex SM32200 YAK-9T for ICM 1/32 – Paint Mask Set for Model

We present the Montex SM32200 YAK-9T for ICM in 1/32 scale – a high-quality set of masks dedicated to the Yakovlev Yak-9T fighter aircraft model, one of the most recognizable Soviet fighters from World War II. Specially designed for the ICM model in this scale, the product is intended for model builders seeking perfectly replicated painting edges for the cockpit and markings on their models.

• Scale: 1/32
• Operator country: USSR (Soviet Union)
• Period of use: World War II (years 1943–1945)
• Product category: Plastic model accessories – painting masks
• Material: Black matte self-adhesive foil and high-quality semi-transparent stencil film; durable, flexible material with optimal adhesive properties

Montex SM32200 offers convenient ready-made masks for painting cockpits both from the outside and inside, which is an innovative solution on a global scale. Thanks to the matte black foil, the masks contrast perfectly with the glazing, making precise positioning easier. The use of a strong yet gentle adhesive prevents warping and does not lift paint layers, even on difficult, curved cockpit surfaces.

Montex masks help to shorten and simplify the painting process, in most cases eliminating the need to use liquid masks such as Maskol. The set also includes stencils for painting Russian national, tactical, and functional markings – all matched to the ICM model decals and made of flexible, semi-transparent foil, enabling easy positioning and perfect adherence to model details.

The set is dedicated both to intermediate and experienced modelers (difficulty level: 2/5). It allows for the achievement of perfectly sharp and even edges, while protecting the glazing and framework from accidental painting.

We highly recommend Montex SM32200 YAK-9T for ICM 1/32 to all aviation modeling enthusiasts who value the highest quality and authenticity of details – both fans of Soviet fighters and ambitious collectors of historical models from World War II.
