FlyHawk Model FH72012 German Kingtiger/Jagdtiger Fender/Schürzen & Grill Set 1/72

FlyHawk Model FH72012 is a high-quality photo-etched detail set for German heavy tank models: Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B "Kingtiger" and Jagdtiger in 1/72 scale. This set is designed for the most demanding modelers who value historically accurate reproduction of World War II weaponry.

• Scale: 1/72
• User Country: Germany (Third Reich)
• Materials: photo-etched (metal) parts
• Product Category: Photo-etched detail set for plastic models

The Panzerkampfwagen VI Ausf. B Königstiger ("Kingtiger") and the Jagdtiger self-propelled armored gun were among the most powerful armored vehicles of the Wehrmacht during World War II. Kingtigers and Jagdtigers played a key role on both the Eastern and Western fronts at the end of the war in 1944-1945, taking part in the Battle of the Bulge and the battles in East Prussia, among others. Their complex construction and distinctive, massive armor make these machines exceptional both militarily and from a modeling perspective.

FlyHawk FH72012 allows you to enrich your models with details in this scale that are most often omitted by plastic model manufacturers due to the limitations of injection molding technology. The set includes precise, metal fenders, side skirts (Schürzen), and engine grilles, faithfully reproduced based on documentation and archival photographs. Such elements, made using the photo-etching method, not only significantly enhance the realism of the models but also provide an unparalleled subtlety and sharpness of detail that cannot be achieved in plastic.

This product is recommended for advanced modelers who wish to achieve the highest level of historical and aesthetic accuracy with their 1/72 scale Kingtigers and Jagdtigers. Due to the need for cutting, bending, and precise assembly of the metal parts, the set's difficulty is rated at level 4/5. The FlyHawk FH72012 set is an excellent choice for dioramas, collections, and contest projects.
