The offered model represents the B-1 version – one of the most widely used modifications, powered by a 9-cylinder Bramo Fafnir 323A-1 radial engine. The Henschel Hs 126 was developed in response to the German Luftwaffe’s demand for a close reconnaissance aircraft, ideal for cooperation with ground forces. The prototype’s maiden flight took place in 1936, and serial production started in 1938. A total of 913 units were manufactured, of which 476 were produced at Henschel’s factories.
