III. Terms of contract:
The store sells goods and services via the online store in the domain www.plastmodel.pl.
Placing an order in this store requires the following steps:
- Adding the selected product to the basket, specifying the number of items.
- Providing address data to which the shipment with the ordered products will be sent.
- Defining the method of payment and the method of shipment.
All presented prices include VAT.
We execute orders within 1 to 4 working days. In fact, the lead time is shorter and closes within 24 hours.
In the case of advance payment, the processing time starts from the moment the store receives the payment.
The offer presented on the website is not an offer within the meaning of commercial law and is not the official stock, although we make every effort to ensure that each item marked as available is actually available.
The minimum order is PLN 5.
In the event of failure to collect the shipment for which the payment method has been selected, without giving a justified reason, we reserve the right to execute orders for a given Customer only after paying for them in advance.
Until the shipment with the ordered goods is shipped, the order can be changed or canceled. For this purpose, please contact the store service by e-mail or telephone.
If it is not possible to complete the order, the Store will notify the Customer of this fact no later than 7 days from the date the Customer receives the confirmation of the order. The notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. If the Customer pays for the order referred to in the sentence above, the Store will return the money paid.
In the absence of payment for the goods covered by the order within 14 days from the date of placing the order, the store will cancel the order, about which the customer will be informed by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Consideration of the complaint takes place after receiving the returned goods, within 7 days.
Some goods may be covered by the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty. Detailed conditions of the guarantee and its duration are given in the guarantee card issued by the guarantor.
The Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, as long as the goods are not damaged and are complete. For this purpose, the goods must be sent back to us together with the declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the proof of purchase. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.
Any refunds due to a recognized complaint, withdrawal from the contract or inability to complete the order are made within 14 days of receipt of the return of the goods, or in the event of inability to complete the order from the date of placing the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund is made to the account from which the payment was received. In the case of payment with the PayPal system (which also supports credit cards), the refund is also made through the PayPal system. In other cases (especially the return of cash on delivery), the Customer is obliged to provide a valid bank account number to which the payment is made. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.
The Consumer's right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the event of

- in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
- in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery;
- delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the Consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract;
- in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
- in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery;
- delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the Consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
